Change of mind returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you simply decide you no longer want the item.

Faulty / damaged / incorrect items

We do accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described (including if we sent the wrong item).
If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

Clear photos (and/or video) showing the problem and packaging (if relevant)
Timeframes

To help us resolve issues quickly, please notify us within 30 days of delivery if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If the item is confirmed as faulty, we’ll also cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label (where available).
